Below you will find the rental terms and conditions of Ada Rent a Car Greece. We recommend reading them carefully so that you are aware of what the rental contract includes.
General Ada Athens Greece Rent a Car Terms:
1. Minimum Age of Driver: 23 years old. Drivers must also have a license that has been valid for at least a year and was issued by the proper authorities. Additional drivers: € 2.50 per driver, per day, for both luxury and discount car rentals in Athens Greece
2. Payment Method: Ada Rent a Car in Athens Greece requires a valid credit card, even in the case that car rental fees are paid in cash.
3. Traffic Violations: All fines are the responsibility of the renter.
4. Personal Insurance: For € 1.50 per day, Ada Athens Greece Rent a Car provides insurance coverage of up to € 2,935.00 for drivers and up to € 2,935.00 for passengers, for total or partial disability.
5. Additional Equipment: Baby Seats: € 3.50 per day, Snow Chains: € 3 per day,
Ada Rent a Car Insurance
All rental fees include:
- Local Taxes and 19% VAT
- Third Party Liability Insurance
- Car Theft Protection
- Collision Damage Waiver Insurance (C.D.W): having the collision damage waiver insurance means the car is covered in case of collision damage (any material damage) caused by the renter. An excess amount must be paid by said renter to get collision damage waiver coverage: € 300 for categories A and B, € 450 for categories C and D, € 600 for category E and E1 , € 750 for category H and H1, € 1.000 for category F, F1, F2, G3 and L, and € 1.500 for category G and K.

The Ada Athens Greece Rent a Car insurance coverage is not valid in case of:
- Damage to the tires, windscreen, windows and the underside part of the car
- Damage to or theft of personal belongings that are kept inside the car
- Accidents that take place inside the car while being transported by ship or other means of transportation
- Accidents that take place while the driver is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Accidents caused by a driver that has not been declared in the car rental contract
Reservation Policy:
Your credit card number, sent via our secure server, is required to place your booking and is kept as a guarantee. Bookings are confirmed via e-mail. In order to reserve your car, it is necessary that 25% of the total cost of the car rental is deposited in advance. The remaining balance is settled upon your arrival at the Ada Athens Greece Rent a Car Agency.
Deposits and payments can be made via Visa, AMEX, Diners, or MasterCard. Cash deposits are not accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation takes place:
- 7 days or more prior to arrival, the deposit of 25% of the total cost of the car rental is refunded.
- Less than 7 days prior to arrival, 25% of the total cost of the car rental is charged
